Position Overview
Autodesk Identity Access and Management team is seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual who loves to find and develop efficient, scalable, and thoughtful solutions to various technical and product challenges. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work with the team that builds Autodesk’s Identity Access Management Platform. The service is one of the key business enablers serving millions of Autodesk customers daily. It is leveraged by 150+ Autodesk desktop, mobile, web applications and cloud services and a growing third-party developer ecosystem for managing user authentication, and authorization.

You will have the opportunity to build and run a cloud service that is secure, stable, and testable guided by experienced software engineers. We are utilizing multiple state-of-the-art tools which will expose you to the modern way of building a proper distributed system.
Responsibilities:
-
Work as a Software Engineer Intern, member of a self-organized agile team that builds, owns and runs the service as a platform to enable Enterprise Single-Sign-On feature for the enterprise customers of Autodesk

Develop, build, maintain and own the cloud service

Assist in the operation of the service, e.g., monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting

Work closely with senior engineers, architects, product owners

End-to-end service ownership such as debugging complex technical issues involving multiple system & components
Minimum Qualifications:
-
You must be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Program in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant fields

You must either be in your penultimate or final year of studies, and will be graduating in 2026 or 2027

Good understanding in OOP, and its implementation within relevant programming language such as Go, Java, C++, C#, Python, or others

Familiar with web services, including REST

Internship period: January – June 2026, 6 months full-time only

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Committed to quality, including security and performance

Solid analysis and critical thinking

Good understanding in system or software testing best practices, automated build, and test cases

Good foundation in system/software performance metrics, especially in web application
-
Experience in cloud-native application development
-
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially in AWS
