First Jobby ("we," "our," "us") provides a platform for job seekers and employers to connect, specifically focusing on entry-level roles requiring less than 2-3 years of experience. By accessing or using our website, firstjobby.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not access the Platform.
Our Platform provides job seekers with free access to entry-level job listings. Currently, our Platform is designed exclusively for job seekers, and we do not permit employers to post job listings directly.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Platform.
- "Content" refers to all information, text, graphics, photos, videos, job listings, or other materials displayed on or through our Platform.
2. User Registration and Accounts
You may register using your Google account, GitHub account, or through our magic link email verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account.
3. Free Service
Browsing job listings, creating job alerts and applying through our links is free. Creating an account is optional and only needed to manage your job alerts.
We will never ask you to pay to apply for a job listed on our Platform. If anyone asks you to pay a fee, buy equipment or share banking details to get a job, it is a scam; please report it to us.
4. Job Listings
Job listings are collected automatically from employers' public career pages and applicant tracking systems. First Jobby is not the employer, does not take part in hiring decisions and does not guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open or free of errors. Applications are submitted on the employer's own website and are governed by the employer's terms and privacy policy.
Experience levels, categories and other labels are assigned automatically and may be wrong. Always check the original listing before applying.
Employers: company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the employer of a listing. If you represent an employer and want a listing or logo corrected or removed, email [email protected] from your company email address. We act on verified requests within 5 business days.
5. Advertising and Affiliate Links
The Platform is free because it shows ads, including ads served by Google AdSense, and may contain affiliate links for which we earn a commission. Ads and affiliate offers are provided by third parties; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for their products or services.
6. Job Alert Emails
If you create a job alert, we will email you matching jobs at the frequency you choose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email or from your dashboard.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
By using our Platform, you agree that you will not:
- Use our Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to access any part of our Platform, or any content or features that you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Platform or servers or networks connected to our Platform.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Platform or any associated system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download, scrape, or index data from our Platform, except for standard search engine protocols and technologies.
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or limitations imposed on your primary account.
- Distribute, publish, or share content from our Platform without our express written permission.
- Engage in any activity that would constitute copyright or trademark infringement or violate any intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these prohibited activities or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through our Platform according to these Terms.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding our Platform is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligation to you.

We do not warrant that our Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our Platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Upon termination, your right to use our Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using our Platform and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and us. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days from the date the dispute arose, either party may proceed with other legal remedies available.
